Searching for the parents of John Quincy Ryan b. 24 Mar 1814. Thought to have been in the Scott, Bourbon, Harrison County area, because of his marriage to Freelove Whiteley, whose parents were from that area. The Whiteley & Ryan families both moved to Clark County, Ohio where John Q. Ryan was married to Freelove Whiteley on October 18, 1832. John & Freelove Ryan were the parents of 10 Children, all born in Ohio, before they moved to Missouri about 1858. Children of John & Freelove Ryan are as follows: Milton, John Whiteley, Mary Jane, William, Andrew, Katherine, Harvey, Wilson, & Abner. I haven't a clue as to John Q. Ryan's parents or siblings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
