County, Illinois: Children: Wm; Frances Eliz; Lewis A.; and Lucy M.
Have reason to believe the DUNN family of our John F. DUNN was of Indian
decent. Does anyone know anything about that? Thanks.

Francis Newbold married Lucy Tulley in Harrison County, KY, 9 June 1818.
This is according to a single source found at the Ancestory.com Web Site.
The information that Francis Newbold married Lucy Tulley in Kentucky sometime
between 1816 and 1820 apprears in the 1964 book by Charles Platt , "Newbold's
in America", however with no other information. I would be grateful to hear
from anyone who can first confirm the dates of marriage given, and second,
any other information regarding Francis or Lucy. I am especially interest
of the origins of Lucy - . I have not a hint. Francis came to Kentucky with
several children by his first marriage. After his first wife Comfort died.
They lived in Delaware or Maryland.

I am searching for information on Johan Heinrich Conrad, b. abt. 1730 in
York County, Pennsylvania and died abt 1801 in Harrison Co., KY. He was married
first to Mary Catherina Schmimdt the second to Elizabeth Stohten. One of
the 8 children of "John Henry" and Elizabeth was Isaac, b. Aug. 25, 1770
and d. Mar. 11, 1850 in Harrison Co., KY. Isaac married Margaret Lemmon
on February 2, 1797 in Harrison County, Kentucky. Any information on the
ancestors of Isaac and his father would be GREATLY appreciated.

married Margaret A Lemon/Lemmon b Scott County, KY. They lived
most of their lives in Cynthiana, Harrison County, KY where Joseph R. Barbee
was a Baptist Preacher. Their children: 1. Mary E. married Alexander "Con"
Casey- (son of William Hamilton Casey & Nancy King) , Daughter of Mary
E. Barbee and Alexander Casey m arried George Conrad. 2. Josephine married

I am researching Sarah Hayes/Hays who married George Washington Taylor about
1850 in Harrison county. I believe her father was George Hayes but there
are several before 1850. A cousin married his brother Ben Frank Taylor. His
mother -in-law was Catherine Scott Taylor of Bourbon county. Sarah Hayes
mother was Margaret Shingleton. Any help on where these Hayes lived is welcome.

I am researching possible descendants of slaves, which may have been owned
by Elijah Chinn .Elijah was b. February 4, 1757, died about 1836 in Harrison
County, Kentucky. He married September 7, 1784 in Lincoln County, Kentucky.
Elijah was the son of Charles Chinn and Sythe Davis Chinn. This Elijah had
slaves who were mentioned in his will, Harrison County, Kentucky, Book C,
page 431, dated April 1836.

I am looking for additional information on William DAVIS (parents, birthdate
and place, 1st marriage and death). He was born about 1760-70 in Virginia
and married Sally Blackburn in Harrison County, Kentucky in 1807. The family
moved to Posey County, Indiana about 1818, where his son, John Davis, b.
1790, d. 1818. I believe William Davis was still living in Posey County,
Indiana in 1831.
