I am searching for information on Robert Brannock and his family of origin
and any information on his son Darius Brannock and his family. The information
I have indicates that Robert Brannock was born in 1772 possibly in Maryland
or Delaware. He died in Kentucky in 1853. He married Elizabeth Myers born
1779 probably in Maryland. She died in Kentucky in 1850. They had a son James
born some where in Kentucky. James son David Franklin Brannock was a physician
in Harrison County, Kentucky. Robert's sons William and Henry born about
1801 and 1806 were both born in Bourbon County, Kentucky. Son Darius born
about 1810 in either Bourbon or Harrison County, Kentucky my wife's ancesetory.
He married a woman named Catherine, believed to have been born in Virginia.
They were married in Kentucky. Darius moved elsewhere in Kentucky then to
Indiana and eventually to Missouri. He died on November 18, 1874 in Bates
County, Missouri and is buried there. There were additional children of Robert
Brannock, which I am told were born in Harrison County, Kentucky. Any help
with additional family links and or documentation would be greatfully
appreciated.
