Rankin, was born on 18 December 1757 in Frederick County, Virginia. He served
as Captain from Pennsylvania. His wife was Hannah Jane Montgomery. Thomas died in Harrison County before 25 March 1820. One source gives his death as 4 March 1820, Cynthiana, Harrison County, Kentucky. No pension was issued to Thomas, his wife or heirs. |
