T. A. Robertson Will
Cynthiana KY Sept 3rd 1908

I, T. A. Robertson, being of sound mind and considering the uncertainties of life and the certainty of death do make this my last will and testament.

1st.   I will that all my real estate and personal property be sold at public auction by my Executors herein after named, or if they think best may sell real estate privately.

2nd.  I will that my Executors pay all of my just debts first and whatever amount is left, after deducting one hundred dollars to purchase a stone to be placed on my lot in Battle
Grove Cemetery with proper inscription for my wife and self if not placed there before my death, to be divided into equal shares to be distributed as follows.

3rd.  To my grandson Neil Robertson (son of R. H. Robertson) and his mother Belle McLeod Robertson one share equally divided between them.

4th.  To my grandchildren; Lucy, Fred and Reuben Ziler, children of my daughter Fannie Robertson Ziler, one share to be equally divided between the three.

5th.  I will that Frank W. Robertson and my daughters Laura Robertson Jameson, Cora Robertson Clary, Hattie Robertson Hemphill, Blanche Robertson Robinson and Stella
Robertson Hemphill have each one share.

6th.  I appoint Foster P. Clary and Richard L. Jameson my Executors without bond to carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament.
