In the name of God Amen, I, Richard H. Robertson of the county of Harrison KY, being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory (for which I thank God) and calling to mind
the uncertainty of human life, and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with, I give and bequeath the same in manner following that is today, I
give as follows.

1st.   I desire that all my real estate be equally divided between my four sons, Richard W. Robertson, Albert T. Robertson, Rueben S. Robertson and James Robertson.

2nd.  I desire my son Rueben S. Robertson to have the black man named Paton and to keep him so long as he lives and for the black man never to be sold.

3rd.  I desire that after my decease that all my blacks or Negroes except the one above named, be sold, and all my personal estate, and the proceeds or money be equally divided among my heirs
(after paying my burial expenses and all other debts) as follows, Richard W. Robertson, Albert T. Robertson, Rueben S. Robertson, James Robertson, William Robertson and Elvira Ann Steers.

4th.  I desire and will that my son Albert T. Robertson hold and keep the mill seat including one half acre of land lying during his life and then to go to his heirs or assigns forever, the above is not
to be construed so as to prevent A. T. Robertson from selling the seat and mill at anytime, and to dispose of it in any way that he sees fit to.

5th.  I desire and give unto my son Rueben S. Robertson on bay mare (called Mary) and two beds and bedding and also my son James Robertson one gray mare (called Prince) this mare to be
kept a reasonable time, and if there seems no hope of my son James Robertson being restored to his right mind then the mare to be sold or kept for his benefit, also one bed and bedding.

6th.  I request my son Albert T. Robertson to act as agent, take care and transact all business for my son James Robertson.

And lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my two sons, Richard W. Robertson and Albert T. Robertson, Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revolking all other or former wills
or testaments by me heretofore made.  In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my land and affixed my seal this the 27th day of October 1858.
