Sallie Boots was born in Queen Anne's County, Maryland.  She was the daughter of Bartes and Rachel Newman Boots. Sallie married first, James Baldwin and had children; Bartes, who married Hannah Gatewood; Rachel, wife of John Page; Andrew, who married Rebecca Sacry; Warren, who married Judah Green (widow of Presley Hampton); Granville, who married Nancy Sacry and Benjamin Franklin. James Baldwin died between 1817-1821 and Sallie Boots Baldwin married second Silas Douthard (Douhitt).  She died January 2, 1864. Silas may be buried in this cemetery. There are several rocks close to her stone. Sarah Jane Baldwin, daughter of Granville and Nancy Sacry Baldwin, married Thomas Wash. A number of the Wash children are buried here. Thomas S. Baldwin married Delania Jane Bledsoe, daughter of David C. and Mildred Bledsoe.   She and her mother, Mildred Bledsoe, wife of D.C. Bledsoe is also buried here. The Frankfort Roundabout - Saturday, July 17, 1886 Died, -- At Woodlake last Saturday at noon, of flux, Mrs. Jesse Wash, in her 29th year. She leaves a husband and 3 small children, the youngest only 7 months old, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss.  She was a kind and affectionate wife and mother and was beloved by all who knew her. She was a devoted Christian, a memner of the Reform Church. Her faith was strong at all times and under all circumstances. She never doubted that Jesus was ready and willing to save, and she trusted him to the last. Her funeral was preached by Rev. C.  L. Ford, at the residence of Mr. C. Murphy, two and a half miles from Stamping Ground, on Cedar Pike, after which the remains were interred in the family burying ground at the same place. The Frankfort News - Wednesday, July 7, 1909 Mrs. Nancy Wash Dies Of Her Infirmities Mrs. Nancy Wash, mother of Harvey S. Wash, of this city, died at the home of her son Thomas Wash at Stamping Ground Tuesday at twelve o'clock. Mrs. Wash was eighty-two years of age and her death resulted from the infirmities of age. She was a beloved Christian woman and very charitable.  She is survived by the following children; Thomas Wash of Stamping Ground; Harvey, of this city; Sim B., of Wayne City, Illinois; Jesse, Elmville; Mrs. Fannie Mefford of Windfall, Indiana. The funeral took place this afternoon at two o'clock from the residence and the remains will be interred in the family burying ground three miles from Stamping Ground.
