John served his country during WWII with the 635th Tank Destroyer Battalion, & was involved in battles in Normandy, northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes & Central Europe. He was honorably discharged on October 26, 1945
Born in Trego County, Kansas to John C. & Mary C. (Kutina) Stradal.
On May 4, 1942, John was united in marriage to Agnes Mussemann in Burbank, California.
