Born in Walker, Ks. Daughter of Theo & Katie (Schulte) Freitag. She married Virgil Pfannenstiel on May 10, 1948, at Hays, Ks. Survivors include her husband, two sons, Dale, & Rick Pfannenstiel, seven daughters, Carol Ruimback, Judy Klaus, Joyce Hertel, Diane Buchholz, Vera Murphy, Kathy Pfannenstiel, & Susan Pfannenstiel, two sisters, Dorothy Hammerschmidt, & Deloris Augustine, 14 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson.
Buried in the Christ The King Cemetery, WaKeeney, Kansas, Trego County.
