  THOMAS J. RAYBELL---Aged, 70 years, died yesterday at a local hospital.  The funeral will be held today at 4 o’clock from Bomgardner’s chapel.  Interment in Mount Hope cemetery, Mr. Raybell was one of the pioneers of Kansas having settled at Eureka, in Greenwood county.  He represented his county in the state legislature for two terms in the early seventies. He served during the Civil war with Company H, of the 118th Indiana infantry.
