F. E. LENHART DEAD..

Fredrick E. Lenhart died at his home in this city Sunday February 24, aged 63 years, 10 months and 10 days. He was born at Somerset, Pa., in 1843. He was an old soldier and one of the old residents having lived here many years. Mr. Lenhart had been identified with the interests of the town, being a property owner and having served on the city council and filled the office of mayor. He was a member of the G. A. R. and Odd Fellows, which orders united in paying their last respects to his remains.

The funeral was conducted at the family residence on West Walnut street Wednesday afternoon and the remains interred in Elmdale cemetery. The business houses closed during the services.
