Obituary of MARY MARGARET LINDQUIST
Mary Margaret Lindquist, 94, Russell, died Friday, November 23, 2001, at Russell Regional Hospital, Russell.

She was born January 14, 1907, near Oberlin, the daughter of George and Theresa McKenna Jeffrey.
Mary and Otto R. Lindquist, also known as Rudy, were married August 17, 1932 at Oberlin. He died December 13, 1973.

She lived her early live at Oberlin, graduating from Oberlin High School. In 1936 she and her husband moved to Russell. She was a homemaker as well as working at the Family Market for a number of years. She was also a seamstress working out of her own home.

Mary was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; one son, Gary Lindquist; two daughters, Carol Conner Jeffrey and Doris Sack Betts; four brothers, Edgar, Arthur, Harold, and Raymond Jeffery; two sisters, Laura Jeffery and a sister who died as an infant.

Survivors include; one son, Gerald Lindquist, Russell; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, at Russell City Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Tombaugh officiating.

Pohlman's Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements.
