Obituary of HERMAN "HARRY" DUMLER
Harry Dumler, son of George Jacob and Katherine (Reinhardt) Dumler, was born on a farm south west of Russell, April 25, 1898. He died at Axtell Christian Hospital, Newton, Kan., Jan. 27, 1967 at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 30 days.

Mr. Dumler, a retired farmer, moved to Newton 12 years ago from Scott City. he was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife Floy I., of the home, a son, William Keith, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Lee Deil, Lawrence, and Mrs. Dorothy Arleta Geyer, Reseda, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia Krug, Topeka, Mrs. Levi (Carrie) Holl, Russell, Mrs. Oscar (Amelia) Karst, Great Bend; three brothers, Robert, Hoisington, Herbert, Cudahy, Calif., and George Jacob, Salina; and two grandchildren.
A sister, Mrs. Harry (Pauline) Krug, preceded him in death, December 18, 1966.

A memorial service was held, Thursday, Jan. 26 in the Peterson Funeral Home, Newton, with Rev. R.L. Jackson officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, Newton.
