| NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Alta Faye Blanke, 61, died Saturday, June 17, 2000, at the Via Christi St.
Francis Hospital, Wichita. DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: June 29, 1938, in Athens, Ark. PARENTS: Elbert and Pauline (Tollett)Golden. SURVIVORS: Three sons, Jerry Mayberry, Borger, Texas, Ricky Mayberry, Russell, and Ronny Mayberry, Natoma; two stepsons, Eugene Blanke, Claremore, Okla., and David Blanke, Florissant, Mo.; a daughter, Lynn Smith, Hoisington; two stepdaughters, Heidi Blanke, St. Louis, Mo., and Star Blanke, Wichita; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. |
