Obituary of FRANKLIN F. PREWETT
A Resident of Oswego Community for 47 years, he left here in 1917 and Died Feb 11 at his late home in Idaho. 
The body of Franklin F. Prewett arrived in Oswego Sunday, evening accompanied by his brother, Em. E. Prewettt. He died in the hospital in Twin Falls, Idaho, Thursday, Feb. 11, 1932 after an illness of long duration. He was a former resident of Oswego an was well and favorably known. 
Mr. Prewett was born at Washington, Indiana, Feb. 18 1869, and came to Kansas in 1870 and lived around in this vicinity until about 1917, when he moved to Hagerman, Idaho, where he made his home. 
He is survived by one sister, Mrs James S. Brock of Oswego, widow of the late James S Brock, and three brothers, Marion and Em. E. Prewett of Hagerman, Idaho, and Lee L. Prewett of Mesa Colo. 
The funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, Feb. 15, at the Baptist church at 3:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. V. F. Cloninger, pastor. Interment was made in the Oswego cemetery. 
A quartet sang "Rock of Ages," and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere". Vernon Saunders sang, "Peace, Peace Wonderful Peace." The pall bearers were former friends of the deceased when he was a resident of this vicinity. 
Out of town relatives present were Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Prewett, of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs Dodge, and E. E. Prewett of Hagerman, Idaho.
