Ben White’s little son, Forest, died Sunday and was buried Monday.

Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Morgantown, Jackson Township, Morgan County, Indiana State Board of Health, Certificate and Record of Death, Health Officer's Record Number 46, page 184 records that Forest B. White died at about 2 o'clock A.M. on October 14, 1900 in Morgantown, Indiana from peritonitis of four days duration, aged three years, eight months and thirteen days. He was male, white, and single, born in Indiana to Benjamin White and Kate Varbles White, both born in Indiana. The informant was Ben White. Forest was buried in East Hill Cemetery [Morgantown, Indiana] on October 15, 1900, W. S. Adams of Morgantown, undertaker.
