Dr. W. E. Tilford, formerly of this county, committed suicide at Streator, Ill. on Nov. 2. The Doctor had been an inmate of the Sisters’ hospital of that city for some time. He was well known in the western portion of this county where he practiced his profession very successfully for a number of years. Dr. W. C. Hall of this city, was notified of the suicide by Dr. J. C. Conway who was formerly of Rocklane, and who is now located at Streator and was the attending physician on Dr. Tilford.
