Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at
Heritage House Convalescent
Center in Shelbyville. She was
a resident of Shelbyville.
  She was born Jan. 31, 1916, in
Bartholomew County. Her
parents were James and
Katheryn (Frye) Hamblen. She
married William J. "Bill" Shaw
on May 3, 1952. He survives.
She was preceded in death by
two sisters, Mabel Asher and
Edith Roth.
  She was a homemaker and a
member of Nineveh Christian
Church.
  The Rev. Bryan Trotter will
conduct a service at 11 a.m.
Saturday at Eskew-Eaton
Funeral Home, 302 E. Main
Cross St. in Edinburgh.
Friends may call from 9 a.m.
until service time Saturday at
the funeral home. Burial will
be at Rest Haven Cemetery in
Edinburgh.
