==============================
Mrs. Nancy W. Montague, administratrix of the estate of her husband, Lemuel T. Montague, is suing the Big Four railway company in Judge Carter’s court for $10,000 damages for the alleged killing of Mr. Montague, who up to the time of his death, Sept. 7, 1898, had lived in this county near Acton for more than forty-five years. On the date in question he was driving home in the afternoon in a top buggy and was struck at the Montague crossing, within sight of his dwelling house, by the passenger train leaving here over the Cincinnati division at 2:45 p.m. His horse was killed, his buggy ground to pieces and he was thrown completely off the right-of-way.—Sentinel.
