––––––––––––––––
Thomas Flinn came home last Saturday from North Manchester, where he had been one week waiting on his brother, Benjamin Flinn. When he left, his brother seemed improved in health but on Monday morning, Mr. Flinn received a telegram announcing his brother’s death. Deceased was at one time a resident of Johnson county, but for the past thirty-five years with the exception of two or three, which were spent in this county, he had resided at North Manchester. Death was due to rheumatism and bronchial trouble. He was sixty-eight years old. Funeral services were held Friday. The family of Thomas Flinn from this county attended the funeral.
