Olivia Erin Bradley

Olivia Erin Bradley, 8 months, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2008.
She was born to Crystal and Chris Bradley of Indianapolis on Nov. 23, 2007, and
they survive.

Olivia was a miracle baby who brightened our eyes and changed our lives forever.

Olivia will be lovingly remembered by her mommy and daddy, Chris and Crystal
Bradley; her stepsister, Hannah Jo Bradley; her grandparents, Greg and Debbie
Parks, Lionel Bradley and Sheila and Ed Hendrickson; great-grandparents Lenora
Peake, Edna and Merl Monday and Wanda VanMeter; aunts and uncles, Greg, Rodney,
Ryan, Mindy and Mika; and several cousins.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Madison
Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, with visitation from 4 to
8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Acton Cemetery.
