Danny W. York, 39, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Greenwood.
He was born June 20, 1963, in Beech Grove. His parents were James W. and Patricia M. (Wilson) York. Survivors include a daughter, Emily York of Greenwood; a sister, Teri Gibson of Greenfield; a brother, Mark York of Greenwood; two half sisters, Joyce Cook and Janet Patton, both of Tennessee; a half brother, Mike York of Tennessee; a grandmother, Ruth Wilson of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, James R. York.
He was employed as a masonry worker in the construction field for 20 years.
A service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday at Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home in Indianapolis.
