Robert Yates died at his home on Friday morning. His funeral was preached by Rev. Childs, of Franklin and his remains were taken to Kansas [Cemetery, Bartholomew County, Indiana].
The Johnson County Indiana WPA Death Index, 1882–1920, page 238, referencing Book H-17, page 5, records that Robert Yates, a twenty-eight-year-old white male, died 30 Mar 1894 in Trafalgar.
