Several from here attended the funeral of Mrs. Eva Willis, who died at Morgan­town last Saturday morning of consump­tion. Funeral Sunday and burial at Pisgah.

Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Health Officer’s record Number 12, records that Eva Willis died from pulmonary tuberculosis of seven-months duration on 3 Feb 1900 in Morgantown, Morgan County, Indiana, aged twenty-four years, two months and eighteen days. She was female, white and married, occupation housekeeper. Her residence was in Franklin. She was born in Indiana to A. L. Robison and Susan Lyster, both born in Indiana. She was buried in Pisgah Cemetery on 4 Feb 1900, undertaker W. S. Adams.
