Miss Anna Wade, daughter of John Wade, Sr., southwest of Edinburg, died of consumption Thursday night of last week. She was twenty-five years of age.
Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Edinburg, Blue River Township, Johnson County, Certificate and Record of Death, page 260 records that Anna L. Wade died at about 9 o’clock p. m. on 9 Aug 1900 in Nineveh from phthisis pulmonalis of two years’ duration, aged thirty-three years, born in Shelby County. She was female, white, and single. Her father’s name was John Wade, born in Virginia, and her mother’s maiden name Margaret Garrison, born in Maine. The informant was A. E. Garrison. Anna was buried in Kansas Cemetery [Bartholomew County] on 10 Aug 1900, J. M. Breeding, undertaker.
