Patricia Ann “Patsy” (Breeding) Vandivier, 69, died Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers in Beech Grove. She was a resident of Franklin.
She was born Jan. 8, 1932, in Edinburgh. Her father was Earl Breeding. Her mother is Mary (Brickey) Breeding of Franklin. Other survivors include a son, Joe Vandivier of Bloomington; two daughters, Marcia Smurthwaite of Franklin and Donna Richards of Nineveh; a sister, Wilma L. Bingham of Franklin; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Breeding in 1937.
She was a 1950 graduate of Franklin High School.
She was employed 20 years by Zayres in Indianapolis as a retail sales clerk.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Franklin. She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint and camping.
The Rev. Mike Beck will conduct a service at 10 a.m. Saturday at Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edingburgh.
