BARGERSVILLE.
A very sad accident occurred last week. Thos. Totten and family were camping on White River below Waverly and with them was his niece, Mary Totten, daughter of Calvin Totten. Some of the younger members of the party went into the water when Mary went beyond her depth. Her Uncle Tom went to her rescue and both were drowned. Their funeral was preached at Bargersville church Saturday morning, after which they were followed to their last resting place by a number of relatives and friends.
