MRS. ROSIE TELTOE
DIES AT HOSPITAL
Funeral Will Be Held Fri-
day Afternoon
Mrs. Rosy Teltoe. age 62, wife of
John Teltoe, Lewis Creek resident,
died at the W. S. Major hospital at
8:00 a. m. Wednesday after an
illness of several months due to an
abdominal ailment.
Mrs. Teltoe was born in Shelby
county on April 9, 1882, the daugh-
ter of Joseph and Henrietta Harrel.
Her marriage to Mr. Teltoe took
place on September 1, 1900. He sur-
vives with two children, Floyd Tel-
toe, of Washington township, and
Mrs. Lawrence Waltz, of Brandywine
township. Also surviving are four
grandchildren and four brothers
and two sisters. The brothers and
sisters are Marion, Charles and Vir-
ginia Harrell, of Washington town-
ship; Stephen Harrell, of this city;
Mrs. Thomas Johnson, of Muskegan,
Mich., and Mrs. Estel Clayton, of
Shelbyville.
Mrs. Teltoe was a lifelong member
of the Lewis Creek Wesleyan Meth-
odist Church, where funeral services
will be held Friday at 2:00 p. m.
with Rev. Pickett officiating. Burial
will be made in the Patterson ceme-
tery in charge of Loren H. Murphy.

in Lewis Creek at any time.
