BETTY M. TALBERT
Betty M. Talbert, 83, died Jan. 20, 2003, at her residence in Orlando, Fla.
She was born Sept. 4, 1919, in Bartholomew County. Her parents were Roscoe and Grace Hickey. She was married to Martin Talbert for 61 years. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Jerry Murphy and Janice White; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Byron Fritz will conduct a memorial service at 11 a.m. Aug. 12 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. Interment will follow at the cemetery. Baldwin-Fairchild Cemeteries and Funeral Homes in Orlando, Fla., is handling arrangements.
