OBITUARY.

Mary J., daughter of Daniel and Nancy Crouch, was born near Pikes Peak, Brown county, Ind., April 4, 1856, and died in Trafalgar, Ind., Feb 22, 1895, aged thirty-eight years, ten months and eighteen days. She united with the Christian or Disciple church, when about fifteen years of age. She was in possession of a church letter from the Danville church, granted in 1893. In May of 1875, she was married to Geo. B. Summa. To them were born four children, two boys and two girls. Husband and two boys, one girl, three brothers, two sisters, relatives and friends mourn the loss of a good wife and loving mother and friend. The life of Mrs. Summa seemed to close in triumph of a living faith in Christ. She said, “All is well, I am not afraid, but only anxious to go.” A short funeral service was conducted at the home by the writer, after which the remains were taken to the Mt. Pleasant cemetery, and laid to rest.
