Funeral services over the remains of the late Mrs. D. C. Stott, were held from the residence in north side at 2 o’clock this afternoon, Rev. Fuller Swift officiating. A large concourse of sor­rowing relatives and friends followed the remains to their last resting place in the city cemetery.—Col. Herald.

Mrs. Stott, wife of D. C. Stott for­merly a barber of this city, now mail agent on the J. M. & I., died Friday night at her home in Columbus of pneumonia. She had been sick but a few days and the news of her death came as a great surprise to her many friends in this city. She leaves beside the husband, a little daughter. Funeral services were held Monday.
