Ardith C. Stallsworth
Ardith C. Stallsworth, 84, died Tuesday at Country Health Care Center in Gifford, Ill. She was a resident of Potomac, Ill. She was born Oct. 2, 1909, in Brown County. Her parents were John W. Coy and Flossie M. (Wray) Coy. She married Roscoe Stallsworth March 1, 1947, in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death June 9, 1992. Sur- vivors include a brother, Orville B. Coy of Trafalgar; and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters. She and her husband were farmers. She was a member of Anderson Christian Church of Brown County. The Rev. Robert White will conduct a service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Wolfe Funeral Home in Potomac. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mackville Cemetery in Atwood, Ill. Memorial contributions may be made to Potomac American Legion or to the American Heart Association.

Potomac, Ill. Word has been received here of the death of Ardith C. Stallsworth, 84, of Potomac, Ill. She died at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 1994, at County Health Care Center at Gifford, Ill. She was a member of Anderson Christian Church in Brown County, and she and her husband farmed for 40 years west of Potomac. Funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Wolfe Funeral Home in Potomac, with the Rev. Robert White officiating. Calling will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Mackville Cemetery in Atwood, Ill. Memorials may be made to Potomac American Legion or the American Heart Association. Mrs. Stallsworth was born in Brown County Oct. 2, 1909, the daughter of John W. and Flossie M. Wray Coy. She married Roscoe Stallsworth March 1, 1947, at Indianapolis. He died June 9, 1992. She is survived by a brother, Orville B. Coy of Trafalgar, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
