The funeral of Mr. S. B. Spillman, under the auspices of our Lodge of I. O. O. F., was largely attended.
Note: "Johnson County Indiana WPA Death index 1882-1920", page 194, referencing Book H17, page 2, records that Simeon B. Spillman was 68 years-old when he died on 7 May 1893 in Pleasant Township. Simeon’s birthplace is from the 1860 though 1880 US Census.
