A six months old daughter of Chas. Smith was buried Saturday afternoon. The child’s death was from scarlet fever. The services were conducted by Rev. S. W. McNaughton. The burial was at Greenlawn cemetery.

The Johnson County Indiana WPA Death Index, 1882–1920, page 191, referencing Book H-17, page 22, records that unnamed Smith, a six-month-old white female, died on 30 Mar 1894 in Franklin.
