BONNIE L. SMITH
Bonnie L. Smith, 68, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2001, at Winona Hospital. She was a resident of Greenwood.
She was born March 14, 1933, in Beech Grove. Her parents were Pearl Francis and Inza (Hensley) Baker. She married Charles R. Smith Sr. on June 15, 1952, in Indianapolis. He survives. Other survivors include four sons, Charles R. Smith of Plainfield, Brian C. Smith of Indianapolis and William F. Smith and Andrew M. Smith, both of Greenwood; three daughters, Karen L. Cunningham of Greenwood and Susan Jo Lamey and Heather M. Gorman, both of Indianapolis; a brother, Donald Baker of Greenwood; a sister, Patricia Kazandzos of Greenwood; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Baker.
She was a homemaker.
A service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, State Road 135 Chapel. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the chapel. Inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association.
