Ray Schofner [sic], the seven year old son of John Schofner living two and a half miles southeast of this city dropped dead Saturday at noon while going from the sitting room to the dining room for dinner. Four weeks ago the little fellow was knocked down and tramped on by a horse, and the injury then received is supposed to have been the cause of his death although he had apparently about recovered at the time of his death.
