The infant of Wm. Sedan [sic] and wife after a short illness, died Monday night. Burial at Honey Creek [sic] Tuesday. Rev. Myer will conduct the services.

Notes: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, White River Township, Johnson County, Certificate and Record of Death, Health Officer’s Record Number 40, page 221 records that Seddan [sic] died at about 11 o’clock p. m. on 23 Apr 1900 at near Greenwood from congested lungs caused by La Grippe of four days’ duration, aged four months. He was male, and white, born near Greenwood, Indiana. His father’s name was William Seddan [sic], no birth place recorded, and his mother’s maiden name Martha Clary, born in Johnson County, Indiana. The informant was W. I. Looper. William was buried in Honey Creek Cemetery on 23 Apr 1900, Wm. M. Carson, undertaker.

William Carl Sedden’s grave is now in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, along with the rest of his family.
