Private service for Evelyn E. Riley, 77, of Pearl Street will be conducted today at Garland Brook Mausoleum Chapel, with the Rev. Mitchell J. Coggin officiating. En­tombment will be at the mausoleum.

Memorials may be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Association.

Arrangements were made by Myers Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel.

Mrs. Riley died at 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 1998, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

She was born in Edinburgh Nov. 7, 1920, the daughter of Ira and Barbara Ott Coy. She married Edgar Eugene Riley June 4, 1939, at Franklin. He survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mary Schafstall of Colum­bus; a son, Phillip Riley of Bloom­ington; a brother, Meredith Coy of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grand-children.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Elsie Stout.
