Kenneth Ridpath

Funeral services were conducted by the Reverend Richard Gillum Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Eskew Funeral Home for Kenneth C. Ridpath, 66, 405 Franklin Street, Edin­burg, who died Thursday at Methodist Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, af­ter a short illness.

Burial was at Rest Haven Cemetery with Max Breed­ing, Paul Browning, Loren Gilbert, Robert Keekar, Steve Smith, and Virgil Wheeler as pallbearers.

Mr. Ridpath was born June 10, 1906, in Indian­apolis, the son of Frank and Estella Coy Ridpath, attended the Edinburg schools and lived for many years in Edinburg.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Pierce of Williamsburg, Ohio, and Sharon Ridpath of Batavia, Ohio; six sons, Ronald, Charles and Carroll Ridpath all of Edinburg, and Steven, Robert and Michael Rid­path all of Batavia; three brothers, Ralph, Merle, and Donald Ridpath all of Edinburg and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Carl, in September 1969, a sister and two brothers.
