Miss Allie Peggs, daughter of Taylor Peggs, died at her home on north Water street, Sunday evening, after an illness of five weeks. She was an estimable young lady with a large circle of friends. The funeral occurred Tuesday, at 11:30 p.m. conducted by Rev. C. W. Lee.
Note: The Johnson County Indiana WPA Death Index 1882-1920 page 155, referencing Book H17, page 18, records that Allie Peggs was 21 years old when she died on 22 Jan 1893 in Franklin.
