Notice is hereby given that the under signed has this day been appointed by the Johnson County Circuit Court as administrator of the estate of Margaret Nolin, deceased, late of Johnson County, Indiana. Said estate is probably solvent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned administratrix of the estate of Margaret Nolin, deceased, will offer for sale at Public auction at the late residence of said decedent in Clark township, in Johnson county, Indiana on
Tuesday, January 21, 1890,
commencing at 10 o’clock a. m. all the personal estate belonging to said estate, consisting of household and kitchen furniture, one ton of clover hay, four hundred bushels of corn, twenty-two acres of growing wheat, one brood mare, one buggy and harness, and various other articles.
TERMS:—On all sums under five dollars cash in hand. On sums exceeding five dollars a credit of nine (9) months will be given, the purchaser giving notes waiving valuation and appraisement laws and bearing six percent interest after maturity, with sufficient sureties.
