NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned administratrix of the estate of Margaret Nolin, deceased, will offer for sale at Public auction at the late residence of said decedent in Clark township, in Johnson county, Indiana on

Tuesday, January 21, 1890,

commencing at 10 o’clock a. m. all the personal estate belonging to said estate, consisting of household and kitchen furniture, one ton of clover hay, four hundred bushels of corn, twenty-two acres of growing wheat, one brood mare, one buggy and harness, and var­ious other articles.

TERMS:—On all sums under five dollars cash in hand. On sums ex­ceeding five dollars a credit of nine (9) months will be given, the purchaser giving notes waiving valuation and ap­praisement laws and bearing six percent interest after maturity, with sufficient sureties.
