Harry Richard Myers Harry Richard Myers, 58, died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2000, at his residence in Edinburgh. He was born March 12, 1942, in Greenwood. His father was Myrl Grant Myers. His mother is Evelyn Katharine Pullen of Franklin. He married Marilyn Diane (Lain) Myers of Edinburgh. She survives. Other survivors include a son, Richard G. Myers of Edinburgh; two daughters, Dorothy K. and Lainie M. Myers, both of Edinburgh; a sister, Sandra Harden of Westport; two grandchildren; and two special girls, Deanna Jeffaries and Felicia Wade. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald K. Myers, in 1999. He worked for himself in construction and was previously employed by Sears as a roofer and by David R. Webb Co., Amos Hill and Wheeler’s Construction. He was a member of Rugby United Brethren Church in Hope. He was a U.S. Army veteran. The Rev. Lewis Burton will conduct a service at 2 p.m. Monday at Who So Ever Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday at the church.
