Uncle August Miller, an aged pioneer, died last Monday, Sept. 14. He was a member of the M. E. church and an earnest Christian. He was buried Wednesday at Nast Chapple [sic] in Morgan county, where he had been a pillar in the church for over 50 years. He was followed to the last resting place by a large concourse of relatives and friends.
