DEATH OF MRS. McLEAN.
Mrs. Rebecca McLean died Tuesday morning at 3:30 o’clock at her home in Needham, in her 77th year.
Mrs. McLean had been in her usual health until Monday evening, when she was taken ill and a physician summoned. Her death was due to an acute attack of pneumonia. The news of her death came as a surprise to the community as none but the family knew of her sudden illness.
Mrs. McLean is survived by three children: Mrs. Jessie B. Boner and Mrs. Laura Alexander of Shelby county, and James McLean of this city, with Smith & Tilson. One brother, John White, lives in Iowa. The deceased was the widow of John D. McLain [sic] whose death occurred almost fifteen years ago.
Mrs. McLain [sic] was a member of the Needham M. E. church.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at Second Mt. Pleasant church.
