Columbus
      A service for Helen Long, 70, Columbus, 
will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Barkes, 
Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home in Columbus 
with the Rev. Wayne Bozell officiating.
      Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sun-
day and from 8:30 a.m. Monday until time of 
the service at the funeral home.  Burial will be 
at the Nineveh Cemetery.
      Mrs. Long died at 9:45 p.m. Thursday at 
the Faith Nursing Home in Edinburgh after an 
illness of several weeks.
      She was born in Johnson County Oct. 22, 
1911, to Isaac and Mabel (Campbell) Coffman.  
She married Brice O. Long on Jan. 17, 1942.  
He survives.
      Other survivors include her stepmother, 
Rosie Barker, Indianapolis, and two half 
sisters, Mildred Barker and Alberta Dust-
himer, both of Indianapolis.
      Mrs. Long was a member of the Nineveh 
Christian Church.  She was a retired employee 
of Columbus Process.

      Helen Long, 70, of 6283 W. Deaver, died 
at 9:45 p.m. Thursday at Faith Nursing Home at 
Edinburgh.
      She was a retired employee of the former 
Columbus Process and had been ill several 
weeks.
      Funeral service will be conducted by the 
Rev. Wayne Bozell at 10 a.m. Monday at Barkes, 
Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home where persons 
may call from 2 until 8 p.m. Sunday and on Mon-
day from 8:30 a.m. until time of service.  Burial 
will be at Nineveh Cemetery.
      Mrs. Long was born in Johnson County 
Oct. 22, 1911, the daughter of Isaac and 
Mabel Campbell Coffman.  She was married 
Jan. 17, 1942, to Brice O. Long who survives.  
She was a member of Nineveh Christian 
Church.
      Other survivors include her stepmother, 
Rosie Barker of Indianapolis; and two half 
sisters, Mildred Barker and Alberta Dust-
himer of Indianapolis.
