Jesse, the seven-year-old son of A. B. Lister, of Edinburg, died Sunday night. Burial Tuesday at the Henderson ceme­tery in Brown county.

Note: Indiana, Death Certificates, 1899–2011, Edinburg, Blue River Township, Johnson County, Certificate and Record of Death, page 139 records that Jesse A. Lister died at about 2 o’clock p. m. on 15 Apr 1900 in Edinburg from basilar meningitis of sixteen days’ duration, aged seven years and six months. He was male, white, single and a student, born in Bartholomew County. His father’s name was Albert B. Lister and his mother’s maiden name Sarah C. Mobley, both born in Indiana. The informant was Albert B. Lister. He was buried in Henderson Cemetery [Brown County] on 17 Apr 1900, J. M. Breeding, undertaker.
