Emma, the thirteen year old daughter of Joseph List, living in Bargersville, died Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock, after ten days illness from typhoid fever. Burial yesterday morning at 9 o’clock.
Note: The Johnson County Indiana WPA Death Index, 1882‑1920, page 120, referencing Book H-18, page 29, records that Emma List, a fourteen-year-old white female, died 8 Sep 1897 in Union Township.
