Edwin Delson Gross Edwin Delson Gross, 81, died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2004, at Kindred Hospital in Greenwood. He was a resident of Franklin. He was born Feb. 18, 1923, in Franklin. His parents were Max Granville and Essie (St. John) Gross. He married Montrew (Coffman) Gross on July 22, 1942. She survives. Other survivors include a son, David E. Gross of Franklin; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. He graduated from Franklin High School in 1941 and attended technical schools for Allison Division of General Motors in aircraft engines and transmissions. He was employed by Allison Division of General Motors in Indianapolis as a technician in jet engine tests and experimental transmissions. He was a member of Allison Division Retirees. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin. Vandivier-Tudor Funeral Home in Franklin is handling arrangements. He was a 1941 graduate of Franklin High School and attended the Technical Schools for the Allison Division of General Motors in Aircraft Engines and Transmis- sions, laterworking for them inIndianapolis as a technician in Jet engine Testing and Experimental Transmissions and was a member of the Allison Division Retirees. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. He is survived by his wife, Montrew Coffman Gross, who he married on July 22, 1942. Other survivors include son David E. Gross of Bargersville; grandchildren: Cindy Jarvis of Bargersville; Candy Miller and Carrie Thomson of Franklin, and 7 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday November 27, 2004 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Franklin. There is no calling. Memorial contributions may be made to The Johnson County Humane Society, P.O.
