The 1850 US Federal Census for Montgomery, Jennings, Indiana records forty-year-old, Tennessee-born farmer Nathan Green, his thirty-eight-year-old, Tennessee-born wife, Nancy [Carroll] Green, and their Indiana-born children, seventeen-year-old Isiah [sic], fourteen-year-old Oliver, thirteen-year-old Robert, eleven-year-old Spicy, eight-year-old Martha J., five-year-old Thomas H. and one-year-old Handy Green.

[Green] Harrison and their Indiana-born children.
