J. S. Buckner and family went to Cope today to attend the funeral of Mrs. Buckner’s brother, John Green, which occurs tomorrow.

Death of John Green, Jr.
John Green, Jr., son of John Green, died last evening at six o’clock at his father’s home near Cope, Ind., of typhoid fever, after an illness of nearly two weeks. He was a brother of Mrs. J. S. Buckner, of this city. The funeral will occur tomorrow morning at 11:00 o’clock at the First Mt. Pleasant church, conducted by Rev. T. A. Aspy. His brother, Voris Green, died last Saturday from the same disease. John Green was twenty years of age.
